The seaside theme in the rooms added a delightful touch to the overall ambiance. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a day of exploring the beautiful village. One of the highlights of my stay was the guest book compiled by the owner, which offered fantastic suggestions for local hospitality venues and days out. the surrounding area had plenty to offer, with numerous places to visit and activities to enjoy. the cottage itself had everything we needed for a short stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and cozy dining area. Although the seating upstairs was a bit uncomfortable, the overall homely and comfortable feel of the cottage made up for it. the quirky art pieces and knickknacks added character to the space. the local shops and pubs in the village were welcoming, and the nearby beach access allowed for peaceful walks along the shore. Overall, this lovely cottage provided a great value proposition for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Staithes. the proximity to local amenities and the tranquil atmosphere made it a perfect choice for a weekend getaway. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat by the sea.
